PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

1. 14-Day Return Right
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

2. Exceptions (Non-Refundable)
To protect our artisans and hygiene standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are delivered with a seal. If the seal is broken or the packaging opened, they cannot be returned.

  • Tailored/Custom Items: Products made to your specific measurements, personalised designs, or bespoke heritage items are exempt from the right of withdrawal. These sales are final.

3. Condition
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If items are returned damaged, worn, or without packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost and safety of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked service.

5. Process
To start a return, email: contact@ghandarah.com. Once we receive the item in original condition, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Cancellation Fees
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Public Workshops (Open Registration) For standard events announced on our calendar.

  • More than 7 days before event:

    • Full Refund OR

    • Transfer the registration to another future event (within 12 weeks).

  • Between 7 days and 72 hours (3 days) before the event:

    • 75% Refund OR

    • Transfer the registration to another future event (within 6 weeks).

  • Less than 72 hours (3 days) before the event:

    • Non-refundable.

  • Ticket Transfer: in all cases and up to 24 hours before the event, if you cannot attend, you are always welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Please just email us their name!

2. Private & Tailored Events For private group bookings, team events, or custom-tailored workshops

  • More than 14 days before event:

    • Full Refund OR

    • Free Reschedule (within 3 months).

  • Between 14 and 7 days before:

    • 50% Refund (to cover the reservation of the date and administrative costs).

    • Reschedule: Permitted within 6 weeks, but may be subject to a 10% re-booking fee to cover venue adjustments.

  • Less than 7 days before:

    • Non-refundable. (At this stage, materials have been purchased and the date has been exclusively blocked for your group, preventing us from accepting other bookings).

  • Minimum Participants Clause:

    • Private events are priced based on a minimum number of participants. If your group size drops below this minimum, the total booking price remains the same (effectively increasing the price per person).

3. Cancellation by Ghandarah Heritage Studio
If we must cancel an event (e.g., due to illness of the artisan or extreme weather), you will be offered a choice between a full refund or a credit for a future date.
