1. Our Commitment to Transparent Shipping
We believe in fairness. As a small boutique, we do not make a profit on shipping fees. The rates you see at checkout are exactly what the carrier charges us to get your order from our door to yours.
We invest in high-quality, eco-friendly packaging to ensure that your fragile ceramics and handmade items arrive in perfect condition. When you pay for shipping, you are paying for the security and care your artisan items deserve.
2. Shipping Costs & Calculation
Final shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination. This ensures you always receive the most accurate and fair rate possible.
Netherlands:
Enjoy a flat-rate 'Letterbox' fee for small, durable items (such as jewellery and keychains) or 'Standard Parcel' tracking for larger or fragile pieces.
International:
Rates vary by zone and will be displayed before you finalise your purchase.

Netherlands: Free on orders over €50.00Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg: Free on orders over €85.00
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Standard Items: We aim to process and ship orders within 4–6 business days. Please note that shipping times provided at checkout are estimates from the carrier and are in addition to our processing time.
Custom & Bespoke Orders: Because these pieces are crafted specifically for you, production times vary. The estimated completion and delivery date will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Your Rights: In accordance with Dutch law, if we cannot deliver your items within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Carrier & Tracking
We ship all orders from the Netherlands primarily via PostNL and their international delivery partners. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email.
While we strive for timely delivery, Ghandarah is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (such as weather, customs processing, or peak holiday periods).
5. International Shipping & Customs
We are proud to share Palestinian heritage with the world! For international orders, please be aware of the following:
EU Orders: No customs duties apply to orders within the European Union.
Outside the EU: For orders sent outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland), the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These fees are set by your local government and are not controlled by Ghandarah.
