3. Small Business Scheme (KOR) & Taxes
Ghandarah Heritage Studio operates under the Dutch Small Business Scheme (KOR).

• VAT Exemption: All prices listed on this website are exempt from VAT (Btw-vrijgesteld).

• Invoicing: In accordance with Article 25 of the Dutch Wet OB, no VAT will be charged at checkout, and no VAT will be stated on your invoice.

4. Heritage & Artisan Items
Our collection consists of heritage-inspired, vintage, or handcrafted items.

• Authenticity: Due to the nature of artisan work, small variations in colour, texture, and "imperfections" are not considered defects but are part of the unique character of the piece.

• Descriptions: We make every effort to display colours and textures accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to process and ship standard items within 4-6 business days. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you have the legal right to cancel the order for a full refund.

• Custom & Bespoke: Because these pieces are crafted specifically for you, production times vary. The estimated completion and delivery date will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

• We ship from the Netherlands via PostNL. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

• International Shipping: For orders outside the EU (including the UK, Norway, and Switzerland), the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

• Our Commitment to Transparent Shipping: At Ghandarah, we believe in fairness and transparency. As a small boutique, we do not make any profit on shipping fees. The rates you see at checkout are exactly what the carrier charges us to get your orders safely from our door to yours. We invest in high-quality, eco-friendly packaging to ensure that your fragile and handmade items arrive in perfect condition. When you pay for shipping, you are paying for the security and care your artisan items deserve.

• Shipping Costs & Calculation: Final shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination. This ensures you always receive the most accurate and fair rate possible. For orders within the Netherlands, enjoy a flat-rate 'Letterbox' fee for small items or 'Standard Parcel' tracking for larger pieces. International rates vary by zone and will be displayed before you finalise your purchase.

6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Orders are shipped only after full payment is received.

Unless otherwise stated, Ghandarah Heritage Studio & Concept Store owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including designs, photography, and heritage descriptions.
